    The owner ***** does not have good customer service, actually, he has none. He thinks it’s OK that his night manager lies to customers and he is comfortable with that. We booked a room by accident had called them within 15 minutes of knowing the mistake the front desk ladies sad I’m so sorry we will cancel out the cancellation fee which is $400 rounded up. But we booked it with a third-party so I called the third-party. They said they were going to send an email to the company to ask him to cancel the fee, I asked him if we could do a three-way call with him she said yes got the night manager on the phone that I spoke to earlier she decided that she wasn’t going to give us our money back. This was all taken place within an hour of the reservation. Contacted ***** the owner. He was comfortable with his employees lying and said he had a reasonable Solution, which was to come up on another day. We are not coming up on another day. That was the only day. *****, the owner does not care about customer service. They have over 50 days to get this room booked and refused to give us our money back and they already charged us without our cancellation and try to blame it on the third-party when it clearly says their name on my credit card statement, never in my life have hi had horrible customer service. For the fact that they want us to come up another date it’s unbelievable I wouldn’t show my face in the air because of the night manager lying to us. That is disgusting! If the owner recess you need to make changes to your customer service because that’s what a hotel thrives on not poor customer, service or liars

    Miss Summer H was not the guest for the reservation she has sent a review on. The issue had been resolved with the guest who's name was on the reservation prior to Miss Summers review!

    He is correct. I was not the name on the reservation, but I was the guest of my boyfriend that was coming to stay at his l lodge. He still did not give all the money back. He kept $100 because he’s selfish and greedy. The only reason why he gave it back is because I put so many bad reviews everywhere. He called my boyfriend up and said he’s she’s trying to ruin my business Asked him to have me take it down and he would give our money back personally keeping $100 out of pocket it’s just greedy and selfish and bad business. I stand by what I say about the owner. Nothing I did say was a lie he needs to go back to school, and to learn customer service before someone else puts another review on his Website My boyfriend is non-consultation and excepted him keeping $100. I would’ve never excepted that he had over 16 days to find someone else to rent his establishment. It was a mistake he made and he shouldn’t have to pay $100 for it or anything he is a very selfish and greedy owner.
