              I placed on online order on Friday while at work had my mother go to pick my order up I placed the order a hour in advance for one but the order wasn’t ready upon arrival so my mom was asked if I wanted my mo way back I said yeah the lady at subway knew I couldn’t cancel the order in the app but that’s what she suggested I called back myself to try to get my refund she said she was the manager and was real nasty and said like I told the lady that was in here I was to busy so I asked for corporate number she didn’t want to give it and hung up needless to say I never got my food or the 21.57 I spent on Friday March 25 2022 to be hung up each time I called to try to get my money back then they left the home off the hook for the rest of the day this is my second bad experience the first time got resolved but they really kept my money and I never got none of my food from this establishment

              I came in to have lunch after work. The people working behind the counter were rude. I was told to shut up. I have worked in the customer service industry for 20 years and Ive never seen behavior like this out of employees .One of the girls had waist length hair that was not restrained. Every time she moved her hair would lay on the counter. I politely asked to speak to a manager. A young man came out and said he was the closest thing they had to a manager there at the time. I told him her hair needed to be restrained that they were working at a restaurant. He proceeded to tell me that Subway didnt have a policy about hair being restrained. The ***************** does. at this point I refused to let her make my food. Two of my coworkers were in at the same time having lunch. One of them did find hair in their food .I emailed the owner to inform her what was happening. I got a form response thats said Im sorry we didnt meet your satisfaction.This is completely unacceptable.
