***** ******** **** ******** sent McAtee Plumbing to fix a leak on my bathroom sink. The plumber said he would fix it if I bought a $150 faucet from him.Business response

Per the terms and conditions of the Third Party Warranty provider that sent McAtee to the address in question, faucet replacement is not covered. The supply line's individually were not leaking and the technician suggested the faucet needed replaced. The customer elected not to have the faucet replaced. We also note a toilet was repaired, as well as shut off valves to the lav sink in the main level hall bath and have pictures showing no leaks on the supply lines to the faucet.Customer response

12.7.2021, BBB received a phone call from consumer stating that the company did repair the toilet but not the shut off valves as indicated in their response. Consumer states it was fixed on 12.2.2021, by a third party.
