            Consumer mailed handwritten Complaint Form to BBB.  We have transcribed the details below:

            Washer not repaired -(Normal was defective does not complete cycle.)  Contacted answering service many times; He called back just once - never again.  Paid in good faith that repair was done - it was not.  HIs ongoing failure to call me back was just not good business. The work was paid for, but not done.  He never returned to fix the problem.

            Looks like Mr. Gordon is continuing his lack of communication concerns as described in other reviews. He came out on 6-11-2024 to fix my refrigerator not cooling. He diagnosed as needing an evaporator sensor and fan. He ordered the part and said it would be installed and fixed by Friday. He didn’t call back to set up the appointment for Friday. I called him on Thursday and again on Friday afternoon when he did not show up. I have left two additional messages for him and he has not called back. It has now been a full week. So unprofessional and lack of customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere and hopefully getting my money I paid for parts back.
