            This business hires unprofessional individuals who have no follow through..I brought my friend ************************* into this dealership recently hoping to get her in a new vehicle and from the start it went down hill..We did everything the dealership asked and then some I went as far as going to co-sign the loan but the dealership went *** literally would not take are calls or text basically GHOSTING US..****************** should be ashamed of themselves..Myself and my friend were open to other ideas but the dealership focused only on her BEACON SCORE and wouldnt even consider other options total waste of are time and effort..THEY ONLY TALK THE TALK and only crawl the walk..

            Do not buy a car here or at any hyandai they will sell you junk. (Even the new cars). When the car breaks down and you pay 2500$ to fix it and then a year later have the same exact problem. Car has an oil combustion problem that is common with hyandai apparently and their c*** theta 2 engine that they keep putting in their cars knowing its going to be junk. Even being told by other shops where I get oil changes that the engine should be recalled but its not. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CHILDREN IN THESE CARS.You will think everything is fine going down the road then all of a sudden your car just stops accelerating and the check engine light comes on and your stuck in the road. Take my advice and look it up on Reddit and see all the people that they have screwed over and stay away from hyandai. Hyandai corporate wont help you either they just want to sell their s*** cars and leave you with junk before its even paid off.

            Hello

            We have limited access to our customer records at this time due to CDK cyberattack. In searching our database that we do have access for, I can not locate any customer information or vehicle identification number that shows that we have ever serviced this vehicle. I have no service history, no record of sale, no paid invoices etc. We would be glad to work with this customer to resolve an issue if possible but we can not confirm that we have had any interaction.
