I wouldn't drop my garbage off here for them to take care of! ******** was incredible and then they took our money! Fed my diabetic father cupcakes. Found mounds of soiled clothes hidden in his closet and when confronting the staff, suddenly, things got worse. He was there for 3 weeks, they took 8k from us and are now suing us for another $3500.There will be more to come... I gave them weeks to return the money and the director who was previously a CULINARY director was let go (no surprise) They claimed they were going to take care of my dad and cater to his dietary needs as a diabetic fed him CUPCAKES! because it was another residents birthday. So lets make your father's blood toxic in the name of someone's birthday. His first meal they tried to feed him was deep fried fish and french fries with a dessert! He was transported to the hospital multiple times and his blood sugars were near 400!!!!!There were 2 residents with the same name, my dad had just had surgery on his his and could walk fine but they wanted him to stay seated in his wheelchair constantly. They referred to him as "Wheelchair W@**e" and the other resident that walked around on a loop as "Wheelchair W@**e" That's what you're going to get here.And *****... Once money is exchanged, she turn into a ghost. Never responding or helping in any way. HOW DO YOU ALL SLEEP AT NIGHT!!!! Run from this place!!! It's nothing but a sales pitch and show. I'll update on their "collections" or refund. I gave them every opportunity but they are manipulators.

My mom was at charter for three years. She passed away in April and they have continued taking payments from my dad. They keep giving him the run around and the corporate office will not return my phone calls. It’s bad enough that he lost his wife. Now they are stealing his hard earned mo way too. Pathetic.
