I have used Maid for you for approximately two years. Almost everyone of the workers that came to my house to "clean" have various home related or financial issues they wanted to discuss. I tried to be a shoulder to cry on although, I pay them to clean. For example, one lady had children and boyfriend issue, one lady complained the company keeps cutting her hours (she quit), another lady have serious boyfriend issues did not leave my home until 7:30 PM. Keep in mind, the sole purpose for the cleaning service is to have a piece of mind. In these examples, all of the ladies were in tears. Here is reason for the one star review. Over the past year I have had to clean up after they left about a dozen times which I understand everyone does not clean the same. However, the ********* was the worst. Not sure what she did or attempted to do however, I had to air the house out my husband was disgusted. I contacted them immediately and the only response was did I want them to come out in which I declined (due to I work from home and was extremely busy). I paid the lady not realizing the "cleaned" a three bedroom, two bathroom medium sized house in one hour. She used dirty towels (I think), the bathrooms were not touched at all (which is why I request a credit or refund). Carpets were not done. I could go on and on. It has almost been a week and they have not responded.

Oh goodness! We did respond to you and we did give you a complimentary cleaning. What is confusing about your complaint is that we have continued to service your home on a bi-weekly basis since this complaint was submitted to BBB. We successfully rectified your issue and are happy to continue to care for your home!
