Consumer states that company was hired to spray for bugs at her home. She paid $373.00 after a quote of $350.00. The treatment was not effective. Called the company and they said wait 10 days. It has been over 10 days. Consumer wants company to treat the problem now or she will contact her attorney.

We are scheduled to do a follow up service at no charge on Friday 8/25/2023. This was scheduled with the customer on 8/22/2023 per her request on Date and Time. Her son is to meet us on Friday to help with any issues per costumer as well. We look forward to resolve any issues on Friday that the costumer may have.
