Hired contractor for new roof, vinyl siding & new gutters & gutter guards. Have ongoing issues with gutter dripping off edge onto concrete, debris collecting in gutter not allowing water to flow. Window ledges were torn up when doing the siding, some screens were caulked shut & fixed the remains windows have not. Roofing strip was reused & not replaced as paid for. Contractor will not return calls and keeps putting me off. Want these repairs completed prior to Winter so no further damage is ***e to my home. Numerous other items such as nails through my gazebo roof which resulted in a having to remove & redo my plywood & new roofing, initial gutter downspouts were too sort & needed re***e, deck rail torn off from house, outlets installed incorrectly & needed re***e and several others. These were time consuming with calls & aggregation to gets these corrected over numerous months. As stated contractor will not return my calls & I do not my warranty to expire before these issues are resolved.

Description:
Constituent hired TLC Roofing and Restoration on April 23, 2022 and states as the company would fix
one issue, they would damage something else requiring a return and more funds from the consumer.
Shutters too short and not measured correctly. States trim for windows is still in her garage as well as
siding for her home that was not put on. Consumer has issues with Gutter install and gutter screening.
Consumer unable to reach the company since October 2023. No response from the supplier to various
attempts to reach out to them.*Please see attached.

The business stated they will be reaching out to the consumer directly. The business has received the consumer's letter regarding their proposed resolution. The business is willing to come to a resolution with the consumer and will reach out to discuss this.

I am rejecting this response because:
*** *** of TLC sent me a text on Friday asking to discuss on Monday, which I agreed to do.
As of 4:00pm today, I have yet to receive any communication from Mr. ***, which again in the
runaround I have received from TLC trying to get some resolution.

Consumer stated business has been in touch with the business and they have completed some of the work and now she is waiting on the final two problems concerning the gutter and window sashed to be repaired. She will update us when she hears from him, she said hopefully in the next week or two.
