This is the most fraudulent company in ****. From theft of personal items (Later returned only after having to prove the items were taken) to fraudulent billing practices of charging for services they did not provide. When they put in blowers and then "Barriers" to protect the rest of your house but forget to put in ************ for these barriers and mold, dust, and asbestos then blow thru your entire house causing even more work for another company later. Their workers had to borrow our tools to do their job because they continuously failed to show up with proper tools. They damaged furniture, structure and caused more damage than they fixed. When their own site manager apologizes to you and says "Gee, sorry I wasn't here more often to manage this job properly", there is a problem with that company. If any insurance company sends you servpro of parma to mitigate any damage, RUN as far and fast as you can away from them. They should be out of business if not in jail!

Found file under another name. Unfortunately, our crew did take a charging station and ladder on accident, both items look identical to Servpro property, and we addressed both items with providing reimbursement. As for work quality, this BBB review was the first our office has heard and the insurance company has audited the file. Water damage causes more reconstruction that most realize, and it is normal for items to be addressed during rebuild, which we typically handle ourselves. Our certificate of satisfaction by insured was 7/10 to be recommended again, dated in April. We spoke to the adjuster as well and they have explained to us the job was done properly. We will be closing this file, and we apologize your experience wasn't a 1/10 we strive for.Customer Response

Fraudulent billing is a crime. Charging for items you did not provide or work you did not do is a crime. If you would like I will post your bill with supporting photographs to prove our claim. We can also post the pictures of further damage you caused and pictures of the poor-quality work that was done. The insurance company was never on site to verify any of the work, so they had to take your word for it. According to the **** ********** of ********** our next step is to hire an attorney to go after this matter.Servpro of Parma and Seven Hills Response

Job was completed in April, and its almost November. In order for us to review the claims, you do have to do what you suggest. Please send us email to *************************************************** and we will review. We submit before, after, and during videos and photos to carriers, they dont need to be onsite. Any errors for billing will be corrected and sent back to carrier or to customer, if they approve. Thank you for understanding and I look forward to reviewing your concerns.
