since April of this year. American Specialty Ammo LLC is registered in
Ohio, however according to our research their Federal Firearms License expired
in 2019.

5. Proof of Licensing in Ohio and any other states.
6. Information on the ordering process, shipping/delivery times and any refund policies

additional information that would enable BBB to better understand the business
and their operations. BBB also submitted a written request to the company
encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.

Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any claims or offers made before publication or broadcast and, upon request, present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or the Better Business Bureau.”

13.2 Advertisers should be aware that such claims, unless appropriately qualified, may create an implicit obligation to adjust prices generally for specific products or services. This may be the case where the advertiser's price for a product or service is not as low as or lower than a competitor's price.
As of November 18, 2024, the business has failed to respond to the BBB’s request for substantiation. The BBB's Code of Advertising requires that advertisers provide this information promptly, yet no communication or evidence has been submitted by the company.
