    This was absolutely an awful experience. Please look elsewhere for your repairs. Apparently this company is contracted with GE. Their repairperson came to my unit to look at my dryer--it's been leaving lint along my walls. First off, I had scheduled an afternoon appointment. They called me at just after 8am and asked if they could come at 10. I told them no, I had a doctor's appointment and that 11:30 was the earliest I could do--I did reiterate that I specifically asked for an afternoon. They said they'd try to move some things around and get to me at 11:30. No apologies, just trying to gaslight me like I did something wrong when it was either GE or Schuenemann--I can't be sure who--messing up the time. They called before arriving around 11:40 as previously agreed and looked at the dryer vent and noted it was loose, and proceeded to remove what tape was there to assess the situation. Their solution was that I needed more tape, and asked me if I had any foil tape handy. I told them no, but that there's a ****** ******* very near me if they needed to pick some up. They asked me if I had any cash, since they weren't "going to pay for it". I told them no, and that I expected them to come prepared with the equipment needed. They explained that the vent was not covered and I'd need to have someone else come and look at it, since they don't make those repairs. They asked me to sign a form saying "Repairs have been performed in a manner satisfactory to me. Item and its surroundings have been left in good condition." I told them I couldn't sign it--they hadn't made any repairs and if anything, they just messed around with the tape that was there. They accused me of being a "difficult customer" and threatened me with their company's "special list"--a "do not service" list--for "difficult customers" like me. Just wow... Like I said, this was absolutely an awful experience.

    We were sent to this customers home by **, as his dryer is under factory warranty through them. When the technician arrived, he observed that the dryer vent was not properly attached to the dryer, causing dryer issues. This is NOT something covered by ** under warranty as it is an add-on attachment to the dryer and not sold with it. ** only covers functioning parts with the unit itself. My technician was willing to help the customer fix the problem, without being able to be paid for it, if the customer had tape. The customer did not have any. Again, this is not covered by the warranty, so my technician was not going to be able to spend his time and personal money to fix the issue. Customer was unhappy and didn't understand that this was not covered. He physically blocked the exit from allowing the technician to leave. We notified ** of the issue with the customer and will not be able to receive any money for the call from ** due to customer installation errors, not something with the unit itself. The technician drove 35 miles each way, in a company vehicle on our time and gas to be treated very poorly for nothing. We advised ** of this customers poor treatment of our technician, even though he did nothing wrong and went out of his way to try to help, when he didn't need to.

    The company is lying. No one ever blocked the tech from leaving my home. As soon as he said he was leaving, I pointed him to the exit and didn’t say another word. It’s disingenuous for the tech to rip the dryer hose from my wall and then turn around and say it’s “not covered”. He made the problem worse and then walked out. It also sounds like the company has admitted in writing to making false and potentially libelous reports to **.
