This is a miserable company. Do not use them. The guy delayed work for months and never showed. Completely unreliable.Review from jennifer v.

Aqua Pro ****** *****) who was recommend by a mgt company (and was also installing a pool for the owner of the mgt company that lives in Twinsburg but pretty sure that the board was not aware) and per court records took over $100,000 + from the HOA and currently has a judgement against him. If Jason took money from you and DID not perform any work, file a police report and make a criminal complaint with your police department. It appears he took close a 500,000 per the Summit, Portage, Cuyahoga, Geauga and small claims court. Jason has another company he goes by as well Mk construction Group LLC. His had another guy ******** **** that was an associate as well.Review from Steve M

Jason is an absolute thief. He took our $20,000 in June and kept avoiding doing the work. He is the excuse king. He finally stopped even responding to us. No work. No supplies. No pool. Just stole $20,000. We are suing him in court but he already has several other liens against his business. BEWARE OF THIS THIEF! If there is any rating you can give below zero stars, he deserves it!Review from Michelle O.

One star rating is way too many for this company! They took my $12,500 deposit in March and told me all summer long that the pool would be ready anytime first it was March April then it became April May then May June and June July then July August and then September then November I was able to get my money refunded from another employee contractor in September. The owner was not pleased that I was provided a refund. I called the pool company Latham to find out that although they took my money in March they never placed the order until the end of May and requested the pool to be manufactured and delivered end of September. So as you can see all summer long he kept me expecting an install anytime when it was obviously impossible as the order wasn’t even placed and he had no intention to deliver. I called many other pool companies but everyone is booked up and I was advised by many that the price was way under quoted. I wasn’t familiar with the price and now I am so buyer beware if it looks too good it is too good and won’t happen. Pass on this one.
