    My family was treated rudely at the Wintersville Ohio dealership. The sales manager never introduced himself. He never asked us our names. He was visibly irritated when I made him a counter offer on a lease. He then made a remark that was arrogant and personal. I and my family walked out. The lease offer was 7000 dollars inflated over a 36 month term. I broke down his offer and discovered that he either lied about the money factor or the depreciation over 3 years. My wife cried on the way home

    DURING THE SALES PROCESS WE PROVIDED THE CUSTOMER WITH THE INFORMATION THAT GENERAL MOTORS PROVIDES US TO PROPERLY LEASE THEIR VEHICLES, WITH A RESIDUAL AMOUNT AND THE MONEY FACTOR. WE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS SHOWING THE CUSTOMER THE INVOICE WHICH HE REFUSED TO LOOK AT. OUR ONLINE PRICES REFLECT THE RETAIL PURCHASE PRICE AND PURCHASE REBATES. THE LEASE WAS WORKED AT THE LEASE PRICE ALONG WITH ALL QUALIFYING LEASE REBATES. WE ALSO ELEVATED THE TRADE VALUE TO ELIMINATE ANY NEGATIVE EQUITY THE CUSTOMER MIGHT HAVE TRADING IN THE VEHICLE.  MULTIPLE WITNESSES, INCLUDING OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE SHOWROOM REPORTED SEEING THE CUSTOMER LITERALLY THROWING THE PAPERWORK AT BOTH THE SALESPERSON AND THE SALES MANAGER. AFTER THE CUSTOMER REFUSED TO HEAR OUT THE SALES MANAGER FOR AN EXPLANATION OF OUR PRICING AND FEE STRUCTURE, RENTAL COST AND DEPRECIATION TO BREAK DOWN THE PAYMENT, HE WALKED OUT AFTER MAKING SEVERAL RUDE REMARKS. OUR STANDARD IS TO BE FULLY TRANSPARENT WITH OUR PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND LEASING STRUCTURES AND MANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SURPRISED BY THE LEVEL OF EXPLANATION THEY GET WITH EACH PENCIL. WE ARE SURPRISED BY THIS REPORT MOST ESPECIALLY BECAUSE A COUPLE HOURS AFTER THIS INTERACTION, THE CUSTOMER CALLED THE STORE ON OUR RECORDED LINE AND APOLOGIZED. WE TRULY APOLOGIZE IF ANYONE WAS OFFENDED BY ANYTHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN MISINTERPRETED, HOWEVER OUR TRANSPARENT PROCESS CATCHES SOME PEOPLE OFF GUARD GIVEN THE INFORMATION IS ALL PROVIDED UPFRONT.
