            We purchased the 36 months service protection warranty from Finks when we purchase our vehicle just over a year ago. One of the reasons we purchased it was because Finks advised us they take the warranty there and repairs would be covered. Our vehicle started messing up two months ago and Finks advised me that the issue we are having is “normal” for our vehicle per the year and miles and there was nothing they could do at this time but if it gets worse they will reevaluate. We then took our vehicle to another shop who attempted to get it fixed but per the warranty they can send you USED parts. So we had to pay $831 to cover the extra labor, for a used transmission, that was no good either and the issue still has not been resolved as we’re still waiting on another transmission. This issue issue has been going on for about two months at this point.

            WANTED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW !!!!I BOUGHT A SUV {AS IS} ** TOLD US THAT THE BACK BRAKE WAS STICKING AND THE MACHANIC CHECKED IT AND IT WAS OK. BUT IF IT WAS CHECK AS SAID THE MACHANIC WOULD HAVE SEEN WHEN THE **** WAS REMOVED THAT THERE WAS NO FRAME LEFT CONECTING THE ****S TO THE FRAME...PLEASE ANYONE BUYING A USED VEHICLE TO HAVE IT INSPECTED...I AM STILL HELD RELIABLE FOR MY LOAN ON AN SUV THAT IS NOT ROAD WORTHY BY ANY MEANS...I AM VERY LUCKY I DID NOT HAVE OR CAUSE AN ACCIDENT WHILE DRIVING MY SELF TO WORK..SO PLEASE, HAVE YOUR VEHICLE INSPECTED DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THE DEALERSHIPS TELL YOU !!!!

            The 2007 Kia ******** with ******* miles was purchased on January 27, 2022, over nine months ago "AS IS" with the option to purchase an extended warranty which was declined at the time of purchase. November was the first time ****** received a call from the customer stating they were having a problem.
