I picked this company because it was a small business even though they were priced a little higher then other quotes we received. It has almost been a nightmare from the beginning. The owner is the salesman and he was super nice and told us how amazing the process was. But now he refuses to do anything about multiple problems and wont even answer messages or text. We had problem with permit, the dirt collapsed, they failed first inspection for wrong clamps, my husband had to go buy some because they didn't have the right kind. They would say they were coming and wouldn't”t show for weeks. They made the tanning ledge to deep and tried to make us take it like that. They supplied the wrong color of grout for the tile and then told us we were being petty because we wanted it fixed. But the worst of the experience is they found leaks in the pipes and cover them back up saying they knew it was a skimmer problem. Didn't come back out for weeks and then took a total of 3weeks to fix over 20 leaks. Tried to blame on faulty glue. The worker told us he had never did a free form pool before. We had a crack in coping within 2 weeks and they tried to say they wouldnt fix it. the jacuzzi is leaking and the owner refuses to take our calls. We have a pipe leaking from the main manifold, they have our pipes totally crossed. And their own employee said they don't see them that mixed up.. we have heard from several other people that they are experiencing similar problems. Everyday is a new problem. . I regret everyday picking this company.
