I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for foundation work. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct their wrong doings and they have yet to fix or do anything. Do not let Ethan do your quote as he sent us a quote months ago that we signed and then came back and said he misquoted us by over $30,000 dollars. Even after that we decided to do our own retaining wall and let them only do the drains and pump. We have waited months and months to get this work done while they continued to postpone the work over and over with many different excuses. Today is the day they finally actually show up with equipment and the same employee that misquoted us was deemed foreman on our job and walked out on the job with all of the equipment and crew because my husband could not leave work to go walk through the process for the umpteenth time. Mind you we have met them at our property multiple times and even hired their employees on the side to help us build the wall ourselves and they are the ones who have told us what needed done and sent us quotes we signed in good faith. Then backtracked on those quotes and basically said nothing we can do. Ethan told my husband that due to all the "complications" he did not want to do the job and just left. By complications he means his own mistakes of incorrectly quoting the job in the first place. They have never even started the work to find any physical complications. We tried to work with the owner Eric and they have left us high and dry. Be very weary of this company and their dedication to the people who trust them to do work at their home. When they mess up they do not correct their own mistakes and they do not follow through on promises. The absolute worst experience and we still have to find a reliable company to come do what we've tried to get done from them since October of 2021 while the situation has only gotten worse. I was hoping to be able to leave a great review but they have not honored or done anything.
