This is a very poorly run shop. I took my machine in to have the flush pump seal replaced, assured that they can do the work by the old man who runs the service department. 36 days later he calls me with a quote for parts and labor he lists off oil filters, hose replacements and cylinder repairs. I tell him I can do those repairs myself and I only brought it in to have the pump seal replaced and ask him what the quote is only that repair. The old man is clueless as to what I'm talking about and says he'll talk to the mechanic and call back within the hour. 8 days later (44 total now), he calls back and says they can't do the repair because it's too labor intensive/cost prohibitive. When I get my machine I am billed $483 dollars. When I ask why I am being billed this the staff is immediately hostile, the old man especially. I would imagine with a business ethic like this they get irate customers fairly regularly. I ask for an explanation and am told if I didn't like the cost I shouldn't have agreed to it by the old man. His tune changed when it was shown I had never signed off on anything and I asked his mechanic to tell me what he'd done labor wise, which was nothing. I still had to pay the bill, because once they have your machine you have to pay to get it back. Researching this business on ****** shows very similar negative reviews. *************************** who runs the service department is very obnoxious and antagonistic, almost to a childish degree. You would be better off taking your machine to a more knowledgeable diesel mechanic and avoiding this crew.
