We bought our 2020 Honda Odessey Elite at ******** Honda is *****. The buying experience was great. But experienced electrical issues within 3 months of buying the car (this issue is a popping, crackling noise that is constant). Honda had to give us permission to have the car worked on at Battison Honda in ***. Since *** is where we lived. The work began in October of 2020 and has continued since then at Battison. Battison was accommodating at first, but now they are a complete nightmare to work it. At first they were working hard to ensure the issue is fixed. Even frustrated themselves at times. But falling short. At times it seemed like they would have the car for a short time and say, well its not replicating the sound for us, so come get your car. Or Its your iPhone and your phone cord. Now after 10+ times and a won law suit against American Honda, Battison wants to be as difficult as possible. Now requiring paperwork filled out PRIOR to even inspecting the car for the SAME issue weve experienced 10+ other times. Where was this paperwork on the 5th? 6th? 8th? Time in your care?!?! The paperwork was filled out, but now cannot get the car in until ONE MONTH after our phone call for another maintenance appointment for the SAME electrical issue. We had to call a second time to remind them we needed an appt. Also will no longer provide a rental car upon Hondas advisement. I was asked and it was assumed I am not happy with Battison. The answer is yes. You represent a company. Your customer service is lacking. Now because youre tired of us, you lack in resolving this issue quickly or at all. After 2 years of dealing with us, youd think you would want the problem to be resolved. It begins to reflect on Battison. Honda maybe the company you are representing, but the Battison name is what is on the sign! Upon Battisons interaction with Honda, we are now advised to seek a second opinion. This will not be happening unless legally we are advised to by our attorney
