      I ordered a hoodie and the words printed the ink all ran it is unwearable My order number is ******

      I spent $138 on October 5, 2022 on shirts. I emailed them several times wondering where my order is and they don't respond. I tried calling their phone number and it is disconnected. Did they shut up shop and just continue to take peoples money for orders because their online store is still up? I am so upset.

      I placed an order on February 25, 2022 with 21 Threads for the amount of $199.27. As of May I had not received anything so I called the number on their website and spoke with a gentleman that said they had my order and it would be sent out shortly. Since then I still have not received my order and have tried several avenues to contact the company. E-mail, phone and messenger with no success.The clincher is my entire email deleted in June so I no longer have a receipt showing what I ordered and my confirmation number is gone. The only thing I have is my credit card statement showing the order was paid.I ordered with this company last fall for xmas presents and didn't have any trouble at all. Order came in a reasonable amount of time. This is why I was comfortable placing the order in February.

      I have ordered 3 scented candles from the company 21 Threads and paid for them by electronic transfer. The goods were ordered on the 14th December 2021. As of to day they still have not arrived and the company are not acknowledging emails , other than to say "they can't find the order". I have asked for clarification on when the goods will arrive or for a full refund but have received no response from them at all. If delivery cannot be guaranteed, I am seeking a refund.
