I had to stop services with ***** because she was doing very much less for my needs in the final weeks of my case and for other reasons. Many times, ***** would be a no call and no show when she would schedule visits with me. I also became suspicious of her fraudulently collecting pay for hours that she never had even spent with me. In the beginning, things seemed to be fine. In time after that though, for a weeks at a time, ***** had spent only a tiny bit of time with me. There were even a couple of weeks that I had never heard from her. This woman had a problem too with dictating to me about a lot of things......trying to be controlling and possessive. That was wrong of her and in called for. ***** also expected me to buy expensive things that I didn't want to buy for my home. I feel too that she was jealous of me because I own my own home and she never once respected mine or my family's privacy. I contacted *****'s agency (Peerstar LLC) this week and requested that my case be closed and out of spite - ***** made false reports to the Lehigh *************************** She was weaponizing another agency to try and cause emotional abuse to me and the rest of my family. With the poor experience I had, I don't recommend Peerstar LLC to anyone. This was one of the most terrible experiences I have ever had with an agency like this. I don't feel that companies should tolerate fraud of emotional abuse from one of their workers. It didn't seem like the company was interested at all regarding my concerns about the way ***** was handling my case. I'm glad this woman doesn't get to come to my home anymore. My family and I needed our peace back. ***** wasn't trying to help my case.
