The white guy that was at Pepboys here is a racist. He has no customer **********************. Even though my mom with a brand new **** is patronizing this place.They were supposed to do a diagnostic then all of a sudden he decided to do what he wanted to do and clean the car with no authorization. He was very disrespectful over the phone as he told her that I am not a dog you cant tell me what to do. Im so glad those calls are supposedly recorded. He needs to fired today.Review from Alphonso B

Pep boys lied to me about a service cost and after waiting for an hour and a half, for a wheel alignment. Was told there was multiple issues wrong with my vehicle and it was gonna cost me several thousands of dollars instead of the $110.00 price I was quoted at the time of my arrival. Also my vehicle was not in the same condition as it was when I first brought it into the shop. October 30th , I went to my local PEPBOYS (******************************************) for a service. T the shop would perform their own diagnostic to compare, to determine this was the reason for the overheating and follow up with a call to approve repair before moving forward. A few hours later , I received said phone call with a laundry list of repairs needed to get my car back on the road, this included the following :-Coolant Flush - Radiator replacement, Lower Radiator Hose Replacement - Radiator Flush Thermostat replacement including Sensors/switches Amounting to $1,159.76 The following day , Oct 30th while out, I stopped at a Business and when I returned to my vehicle, it wont crank, turn over, all interior components would not work, a light clicking sound was apparent and I knew my battery was the concern, I called PB and spoke with *****, he advised I call 1800-PEPBOYS to request a TOW to have them transfer my vehicle to the shop to check it out. I was stranded with my windows down for well over an hour, to be transported back due to a lack of double/triple checking minor work orders when servicing a vehicle.The same day, a few hours later, my car runs hot again. I return to the shop He claims , when the car was completed my fans were working, however its blown and needs to be replaced. They replace it and I retrieve my vehicle the following day Oct 31st. Tuesday, Nov 5th, as soon as this occurs, I drive to the shop , speaking with Mr. ****** advising him of the continuous overheating of my car. I return once again on Wednesday, Nov 6th , advised they assume air pockets/bubbles are in the coolant system, interfering with the ability to work properly, Im advised they will run a test/burp the coolant system and that should resolve all the issues. Today November 8th , once again my car runs hot.I have returned to the shop well over 6+ times in a weeks time which is outrageous.I am requesting a refund for this service amounting in the quote aboveReview from Chad S

Pep boys Jupiter, FL originally installed my tires. I went to have them rotated for the first time and was told if they try and remove a lug nut it will break and would be charged $300 to fix. This should be taken care of for no charge .Review from Erskine W

My mother was taken advantage of and I have all of the receipts. I need to speak with corporate ASAP . She has been charged repeatedly for the same work resulting in the same problem.Review from Bob P

Appt. at 9am. Showed up at 9:00. The doors were locked. The doors were unlocked by an arriving employee at 9:20! No other staff were there & after speaking with the lone employee he "Thinks someone will be in in about ***** mins"!! The bays had cars pulled in them & said it would be at least 2 hours to look at it - maybe longer "depending on if my guys show up." Are you kidding me?? Is that the kind of employees you hire? If so, I don't want them touching my car anyway. Perhaps the entire staff's irresponsibility, lack of customer ********************** & complacent attitudes will force them to close. I hope so. I came for a tire sensor service. Got it replaced, and they put the wrong sensor on my tires. I came back four times to try to get this issue resolved and every time I would drive the car myself the sensor will come back on. When I came my third time there I let them know that the sensor was still on and they were gonna send me to a whole different location just to perform the same work that theyve been doing. But then the manager, ********* brought me to someone who knows a lot about tire sensors and gave them the tire sensor that I needed. Then when I came my fourth time they replaced the sensor. The light didnt come on all day yesterday after hour of driving today, it came back on. I am dissatisfied with the service and I want my refund for it. They keep putting the wrong sensor on my tires. This place is not good with their services when it comes to cars. I dont recommend coming here for any car service at all.Review from Therese S

I don't even feel 1 is explaining how my experiences have been at pep boys. The work is sloppy lack of care for State side customers. If you don't speak Spanish you are not treated professionally or curiously. There are no shops on the east side of the island that work with "Americans" that is what the ** people call white English speaking people. When you make an appointment with them they don't care. They bring the vehicle in when they feel like it. They don't care if you have other commitments. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER **********************. WHEN IS the main headquarters in ************ going to check on the care taken by the ** stores. I looked at the number of reviews pages and pages of negative reviews. I told the service **** and he just laughs. WHEN WILL THE PENNSYLVANIA HEADQUARTERS GOING TO LOOK AT THE REVIEWS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STORES IN *********** ????. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND HE OF COURSE IS NOT HERE. I still have over1000 characters remains on this review so all I can say is DO NOT GO TO PEP BOYS. People have even written and the car has been stolen after giving the keys to Pep boys. After spending $1300 the car didn't even run. How many people have to complain before something is done???????????Review from Br A.

The lack of accountability when it comes to quality of work and customer satisfaction is horrendous. CUSTOMER ********************** AND ********************** DONT GIVE A **** ABOUT YOU KEEPING BUSINESS WITH THEM. Their stores will destroy your car, you wont get ur money back or get it fixed
