            We had a handshake deal on a patio shelter with an agreed-upon price and an approximate starting time. ******* ***** responded to my question about executing the contract he requested by asking me a question on a detail, I replied. I also told him I wanted to use a more expensive product and asked him to call me in the email. When he didn't, I left a message on his phone. He never responded to my email or my voice mail. I don't know for sure why he didn't respond but it was an unprofessional action on his part.
