            Contractor ************ (*****) quoted job IAO $81K with a 4 month completion date. It is now over two years and my home is in total disarray and has NO KITCHEN for two years now. He has now abandoned the job. He has stolen money from me via he says "price increases" only to take the money and use it for personal use and not produce the goods. He has quoted material and labor but padded material to his satisfaction. He took my cabinetry money and used it for personal use but told me he ordered cabinets only to find cabinetry never ordered. He has done that on several occasions regarding flooring as well. He has also not obtained proper permits which resulted in county red flagging job and work that had to be taken out and redone via 2 x visits to magistrate ******* Contractor has also no license but paid other contractors to use their names to obtain permits which now compromises the integrity of the work performed by him. He owes me over $35K in work and monies to be refunded to me. I have contacted Attorney Gen'l, District Attorney, FTC, Consumer reporting, 2 x media outlets, police and others to file criminal charges. Beware!
