Fitzgerald's Hardwood Floors take pride in there work. This review he will not tell you that he had three different people out before me. I took 5 sample up to him. They pick what they wanted. After the 1st time we completed job they turn down the heat. When they complain we went back up and looked at floor. All that need to be done was a fewer touch ups. Plus the moisture reading where up to 13 percent. Leaving me to believe that after we left the turn heat off to save money. They demanded that we recoat the place. That is what we did. We buff the floor the 1st day and vacuum. We left sit over night came back next day and vacuum again and tacked the floor three times. And then coated it. I can not explained what they did after we left. They say we did not let them look at floor before payment. We did the whole job with out payment till we put the finial coat on floor. As per contract it was 50% when we start and 50% when last coat was applied. We did not receive any payment till last coat was on. They did not contract us till three weeks later after job was done. I think that is why the company that they got the floor from stop dealing with them. If you look at Fitzgerald's Hardwood Floors reviews after 20 plus years and this is the only bad review then take it for what it is worth. I think there is no pleasing John or his wife. It was a nightmare from start .
