Horrible place with terrible sales and service. They sold me a brand new truck with a known problem/defect that is all over the internet. A brand new truck would not start 5 days after I purchased it. It happened 7 to 10 more times in the first year, leaving me stranded in 20 degree weather and late to work/appointments. I took the truck back after the first time it happened and they said it didn't happen when they had it and they have to see it to see what is wrong. We called and told them we have videos of it happening multiple times but they said they need to see it happen. I sent them a certified letter in March, saying I want them to buy it back and they said that they received a memo in February with a fix to the known problem. I left them a truck for a week and it was returned broken with a new problem. They wanted me to bring it back in to see it even though they returned it to me broken. I said I am too busy so can they pick it up since I am not that far and the general manager never answered my 2 email regarding the matter. A couple days later, someone from the service department left me a voice mail and I called him back and was given his voice mail and I have never heard back from anyone. GM is aware of the truck defect but isn't doing a recall. Terrible place all the way around. Contact ***************** in ******** ** if you have a problem with a GMC vehicle because I am talking to a law firm about pursuing the matter. I would never buy from them if I were you.
