            I ordered two pet beds from this company, and I never received them. I contacted their customer service sever times and received 2 responses. Both from officialbarkbeds@gmail.com. They said they would investigate and pass along my order number to their fulfillment team. I never heard anything from them after that email. "Hello Con, You're most welcome! We will keep you posted. Furthermore, I have escalated your order and contacted our fulfillment team to check on it. It is still on fulfillment status. However, we are doing our best to expedite the shipping of your order despite the pandemic. I will get back to you with the tracking details as soon as it's available. Thank you for your patience and understanding!"
