Two years ago I had some mulch delivered by this local company, no problems, but then again there isn't much that can go wrong with that. 2023 I learned that he, **** ******, purchased a property 1.1 miles from my home and that his business was now doing mower servicing. I thought that it was convenient so I called and asked about getting my zero-turn mower serviced. After a couple of weeks I contacted **** ****** and he told me that the mower needed two pulleys and that he was waiting on them to be delivered. Another week goes by and my grass is so long that two of my neighbors mowed it for me, which is about four acres worth. Tried to call him again and he wouldn't answer my call. Texted him and he wouldn't respond to my text. Now I'm getting angry. This is no way to treat a customer. After repeated attempts to call and text without any response, I sent a text that I was coming to pick up my mower and if he didn't return it, I would call the State Police and make sure that I got it back. He finally did contact me and said that the parts company kept sending the wrong parts (three times really?), and one time sent him a case of grease, instead of the pulleys. Yeah, kind of hard to believe, but I had no reason to believe he wasn't telling the truth. Well, long story, short, after NINE weeks I finally got my mower back, AFTER I had to go into more debt to buy another one because I can't expect my neighbors to do it for me. I would never, EVER recommend this person or his business to hire for any type of work. He treated me awful because he was pissed off that I wanted my mower done or returned. He has been rude and lied to me. I asked him for an itemized bill and he said that he would send one out to me, so I paid him from the statement. I waited and didn't receive the itemized bill. I texted him again and he stated that he sent it out last week (with exclamation marks). That was three weeks ago and I still haven't received the itemized bill.
