We recently used Benetrends to handle our SBA funding for an HVAC Franchise in the state of *******. The franchise selection process took longer than expected and we approached Benetrends to fast track the funding process. We had an outstanding experience with the Benetrends team (everyone was aware of our objectives in expediting the funding process). The inter-departmental communication within Benetrends was exceptional. The Benetrends team (located across several states and time zones) handled all our requests expeditiously every time we requested support or information. Working with ************************* on getting my franchise started has truly been a great experience. Being out of my comfort zone added so much stress, and his attentiveness and patience alleviated so much of that worry. The quality of service provided has been remarkable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with him or Benetrends to friends and family. If it wasn't for Benetrends, I wouldn't be where I am today. Over 5 years in to a very successful business and it started with the amazing team at Benetrends. From the first call to every call or request for information, they have always been accessible, informative, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and caring for me as a business owner. ****** was excellent to work with as he always is. I proposed a follow up call 6 months after my franchise was operating to go over everything again. I just wanted a refresher to make sure I was compliant and get a clear view as I enter the next 6 months operating as a C-corp. ** answered all my questions and he stepped in to help communicate some things to other partners both inside and outside Benetrends. He also identified something I had missed. It was major compliance item and he directed me on my next steps to rectify the issue. Benetrends has been so helpful for us from the time we started our new ROBS plan over three years ago to the ongoing maintenance today. ***********************, our assigned Retirement Analyst, has been absolutely amazing to help with the annual retirement plan process and we're so thankful to have her assigned to our account!***** has been very responsive and helpful with our questions. She proactively explained the process for the new Plan Sponsor Link system and helped us with a much better understanding of the annual Online Questionnaire! Since 2023 is our first year with a cash contribution to the Profit Sharing plan, ***** provided the information needed for our accounting team regarding the tax return extension. She was also very helpful with the census and eligibility for employees PLUS the process for funding the retirement plan with the cash contributions.THANK YOU SO MUCH ******************************Benetrends, Inc.
