Monthly I pay $138 to Benetrends to provide services to provide admin support and compliance for the **** program when I started my business. I inquired in Sept how to stop the monthly transactions and close the account since the business is no longer. I was told that a statement/estimate would be sent but that it would be around $600 and that I would then have to file the forms myself at the end of the year. A statement/estimate was not sent, Benetrends continued to charge me monthly for admin support and filing compliance. (An OOO/OOBUsiness message was placed on my email. No responses from the support agent ******************************* from Sept until I reached out Jan 2023). On 1/10/23 I sent an email to ********* no response I followed up on 1/18/23 bc no response and then finally later that day she responds saying that they sent a form via a portal in Oct and bc I didn't (which I do not see in my email inbox so it wasnt received) respond the terminated my service on 12/22/22 (yet they charged me on 12/28/22). A portal is not a way to communicate and bc they didn't file the form in 2022 now I owe a late fee to the IRS  and still have to file the form. this is what I paid for every month for the past 12 months and multiple years before. I believed that ********* dropped the ball, they knew I was looking to leave so they did not provide the level of service required. Over a 12 month period I paid them $1656 to provide admin support, filing and compliance services. They failed to provide that service. I have used them since 2017 and this was the forst year I have had this issues, I feel they dropped the ball bc they knew my business was closed and didnt service my account the way they were supposed to/what I paid them for.
