Ark homes for rent - South Carolina (Under Florida's Property management). Let me first say that my rental property is a brand new home and the location of the property is feasible for work. I am unclear why these companies such as ARK make it so hard when it comes to paying rent. Yes, I understand that is a business but please learn to grant grace to your customers. First of all we are overpaying on services that we never receive but we have to pay a fee for; for example neighborhood fee, pest control (40 per month and still have bugs) etc. On top of fees we pay rent and utilities which by the way are due at the same time as rent. If you don't pay utilities within the 5 day eviction notice, you will be removed from your home or have to pay a 500-dollar attorney fee to have the eviction removed. It is such a nightmare dealing with these companies who by the way can afford to build properties but won't offer or grant any assistance to renters when we fall a little short. It's hard out here and some of us are paying bills alone. Customer service sucks, its amazing that you can't receive any assistance with day-to-day issues but as soon as you're late, everyone contacts you. ARK for rent please revisit your process and not be so pressed to remove people from their homes and make them pay all of these high price fees. I'm not saying let people live free, but at least offer them the opportunity to pay without the added fees.
