This company has showed up on my husband and my credit report numerous times regardless of never receiving a bill or contact from anyone. I’ve never once been contacted by this company. I don’t even know what the bills are for. I don’t have any other late or defaulted payments other than payments to this company. They’ve never sent me a bill, they’ve never called me, they’ve never emailed me. How am I supposed to pay something that I’m on aware of. It seems like you’re intentionally trying to screw over peoples credit scores by not telling them what they owe. I am requesting that this be removed from my credit score immediately. You have not tried to reach out to me. I’ve even tried to message you and find a resolution with no response. What is this for? What do I owe this for? Why have you not contacted me? The bill says that it’s due from Summit health. I have not been to Summitt Health in forever? And I do not have any late payments for them. I’m not sure if I need to take legal action at this point against this company. Is this company even real? But it does not seem ethical to be operating in this sort of fashion.Business response
