I was confused and mislead add this service that I was purchasing. Using a gift card for a massage and all I received was a glass of water and a hot table with a gentleman blowing over top of me with two stones in the hand. If it was his practice of healing thats fine but thats not when I went there to get I went to go get a massage and he done that blowing air over top of me and chanting I try to speak to the owner regarding this because they charged me $25 for this I already pay 130 something dollars while I was there so the monies not the issue, then I dont understand why me as an African-American woman gets handed on by this particular person in the white woman gets a massage she gets what she asked for why couldnt I have gotten what I asked for and had to pay $25 for that and they told me that was a discount and I didnt authorize them to take $25 off my card and as I was trying to speak to the owner regarding this issue then it became a racial problem because I spoke about it like that and so now he Im being rude why shes being rude to me about taking money off my account that I didnt authorize her to do it because she didnt ask me about my experience they just took my money

It is very sad that this client wants to make this about race. A large percentage of our clients are african american and they LOVE the therapist she saw. It is disheartening to think that someone would receive such a healing with much assistance in processing her grief and be disgruntled.We wish her all the best and send much love to her during her time of loss.
