I would give zero stars if possible. George Perinis is a terrible agent. I have tried multiple times through emails, phone calls, directly to George and phone calls to the State Farm customer service number to get my insurance policies handled accordingly. I recently moved to ************ in December 2022 from ****. It took a minute to get my vehicle registered due to Pa.'s requirement of the original vehicle title. Anyway, my vehicle was registered in ** in July 2023. I contacted my agent, George to get my car and home bundled together with ** insurance coverage. George assured me he would take care of everything and send me an email to sign off on all my coverages: life, car, home. Needless to say that never took place. My vehicle insurance update came from my previous agent in ****. I live in **. **** coverage is not legal. This also was brought to the attention of George Perinis who never provided my vehicle insurance as of this date. I contacted another agent October 10, 2023 and my issues were resolved within 20 minutes. I had all my coverages bundled together and complete with my new **. address. George is terrible. He NEVER provided me ** insurance the entire time from December 2022 until October 2023. My coverage for home, vehicle and life was still and only from my **** agent.

******************, as we discussed, a State to State transfer takes more time than a complete re-write because it maintains some/most of your discounts. We did contact your **** agent and unfortunately, with a longer process time at corporate, this means a delay in providing some information but does not mean you do not have coverage as per our policy, like we discussed, Our office has always been available to discuss these particulars with you prior to receiving any complaint. We always strive to cooperate with State to State transfer policy at State Farm to ensure the process is honored. I do apologize for any misunderstanding in communicating that to you.
