Please stay away from this business. They lied to my wife and I regarding medical bills. They billed $1200 for a 1 hour visit that should have been routine care. Please don't go to them. We plan to report them to state and federal agencies for fraud.Review from Marian B

Terrible customer service Just nasty I have been trying to pay a bill. They sent me messages my ****** bill will be discounted 20%. I have been trying to pay the ****** They tell me its expired. So wellspan is denying my surgery because I refuse to allow them to moleste my body under the guise of “Covid test” yes this does constitute moleste under the definition under the law. I do not need a fake test to tell me weather I have a cold or not. Enough whistleblowers and information has been undercovered and made public to know the falsehoods behind all their games. This strand of cold has been here since 1986 easy enough to find as it’s listed in medical books. You CAN NOT test for a cold. It’s widely know. That these “tests” come from china it’s equally known that they in fact are sprayed with a nano particle that attaches itself to the lining of the membrane sac around the brain which in turn causes significant changes to a persons mental health as well as attacks portions of the brain. In addition it’s also known that these “tests” are logged into a dna system which is than sent to china for “biotesting” and development. Shame on these evil bastards for forcing FREE Americans to choose between their health and n evil entity created to not only harm them but in many cases worse. This is the history of what I have been dealing with and put on their feed back page. I had automatic payment set up at $200 a month and on 11/1/2021 a payment of $200 was taken and I only owed $186.78. I texted you on mywellspan account and did receive a refund check for the difference. On 11/30/2021 you took a payment of $186.78 on an account that was paid in full. Sent a text on 12/03/2021 was told it will be sent for review and a refund. 12/14/2021 sent another text was told payment was pending and could take 2-4 weeks for a refund. On 12/30/2021 still no refund and was told payment was pending, I texted back that I was told 2 weeks ago it was pending. On 1/5/2022 I called customer service and was told it was being processed as of 1/3/2022. Now it is 1/12/2022 and I still have not had the $186.78 returned to me either by a check or to my credit card. I was told it should go back on the credit card. This is ridiculous for an account that was paid in full 2-1/2 months ago and now it has been 1-1/2 months of trying to get you to return my money. So when can I expect you to return my money?Review from Alexis E

My loved one was in the hospital with COVID and many other health issues and they were left in soiled under garments within the span of the ten days they were there. He was treated beyond poorly. Can you imagine you or your loved one being treated like this. I am COMPLETELY DISGUSTED and PISSED OFF! I genuinely hope that they start hiring individuals who genuinely WANT to help others, rather than these strays that work there. I AM BEYOND PISSED AND I NEED ANSWERS. THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE AS A HOSPITAL, AND SOMEONE WILL PAY.
