On July 21st 2023, I visited the store after being told that their prices were best in the area. I used to shop at Bravermans in Wilkinsbug PA but since they closed I had not been in the market. I visited a gun show previously and a discussion with a vendor led me to Hi Grade. I selected a ************** M&P9 M2.0 with aluminum frame. The price was at least $200 lower than any similar models I've found. The owner told me they were in backorder and if I didn't mind waiting I would getting a great price at $775.00. I paid her $500 on first visit and the remaining $325.77 two weeks later. The price with taxes and fees came to $825.77. I was told there was still a delay in products but I was willing to wait about 90 days. November 2033 I asked for an update as d was told I wasn't the only one complaining so I trusted the store's reputation. I attempted to contact Hi Grade after Christmas and kept receiving a busy signal. When I finally got through a week later my complaints were met with rude responses. I asked for a refund and was told I would receive it once the gun arrived and I could pick up or ask for a refund. I now cannot get in touch with anyone. I decided to write you and I will visit store this weekend. I will update my complaint after my visit.

Purchased a Caesar Guerini Summit Limited Sporting Combo which was a consignment gun. Payment was credit card December 29 to Tracey M for $4600.00. I found out after waiting and not hearing from her that the gun was coming back from a person that said it didn't fit him. Tracey got a FFL from our local gun shop and gun never came. Trying to get a hold of her is impossible she doesn't answer phone if recorder is on leaves a message to customer and says Goodbye. When Rick finally got ahold of her April 6 she said the gun was lost in.shipping from the other gentleman sending back. HiGrade finally got gun back and wanted it inspected, this took a month along with all the excuses she had which was many. Finally started to box gun up for shipping and they found a broken latch on forearm. She was supposed to have her gunsmith look at it and he did not feel comfortable repairing and Guerini was backed up. Rick wanted gun by June and kept getting the run around by Tracey M, so he told her to give him a refund, she was told twice by him he wanted a refund. It is now October and nothing. Payment was by credit card but to much time has gone by for a refund because we looked into it. Asked for a check twice over the months. Rick has tried to get ahold of her may have gotten a hold of her twice in the last month. Last time he talked to her was the second time he told her we needed ck that this needed to be taken care of. I have read a lot of reviews on Hi Grade and one story was like ours, same gun same story. We need some help before turning it over to a lawyer. We never got a receipt or invoice number from her.

On 06-21-2023 I sent $ 2545.00 to Hi Grade Shooters Supply to purchase a Perazzi 30" over/under barrel. I dealt with Tracey M****** the Owner. After 30 days I did not receive the barrel so I called Tracey and she told me when they went to ship the barrel the rib was coming off so they had to sent it to the gunsmith for repairs and would be a couple more weeks. I waited two more weeks and called again spoke with Tracey she said said barrel was still at Gunsmith. I told her I would like a refund, she said ok she would get a check out. I called her again today 09-06-2023 and told her I still have not received my refund. She said it must have got lost in the mail. I asked her to send it Priority Mail so it can be tracked this time. She said she would send it Priority.

I found a Beretta A400 Parallel Target Shotgun on Hi-Grade Shooters Supply. I put a deposit on the shotgun on 5/24/2023 with Tracy. Tracy identified herself as the owners wife. I paid the balance on June 2, 2023. $1,450 total payment. Shortly thereafter, I provided Tracy with shipping details. (Gun dealers must ship to another gun dealer. The receiving FFL in the receivers state must run a background check require by state and Federal Laws.) After not receiving notification that the item was shipped to me Georgia FFL. I called Tracy. I was told the gun was being packed up for shipping. This was the first of multiple delays. I made numerous calls and was later told by Tracy that the shotgun was broken and she sent the gun off to a gunsmith. Later I was told the gunsmith was “backed up”. The went on for weeks. I later pushed Tracy to get the gun back from the gunsmith and she made promised to get me answers. She eventually, about two weeks ago, told me that the gunsmith could not fix the gun due to a manufacturing defect. The gun was going back to Beretta. Later Tracy told me that the manufacturer could not fix the gun. (An Unbelievable statement. Monday July 31 she promised me a refund. She claims to have ran a refund on my card. But no refund has been issued, (BTW, I work for the bank that issued the card.) I researching problems with the company, I came across many similar issues with out of town purchasers. Plus the complaints I found on the BBB of Western Pennsylvania. This has been going on for 2 months. These types of transactions are usually handled in 2-3 day. I believe this company sold me a product that was not actually in their possession. They could not ship what they did not have. This appears to be fraud. Tracy’s excuses have included, truck hit their phone lines, a flooded basement caused credit card machine to malfunction, Covid outbreak in the store, husband is sick, Gun broken, slow gunsmith.

I trusted this business because they have a physical address and semi working phone number..and the person seemed honest in the beginning. In my case, I arranged to buy an advertised rifle ...advertised as as used but like “new.. never fired" So I gave them the FFL info. Days go by…I am never told or sent a message that the rifle has been sent as promised…I see my CC has been charged, of course… After waiting for the rifle to be sent for over a week and trying to find out why it wasn't, I was told excuse after excuse....I called several times over the next week AFTER THAT….into the second week now, mind you….and was put off again as to why it was not yet sent...excuses were numerous .. "we can't find your FFL how do you spell it ?, “oh,never-mind we will find it”…..our computers have been down... we've been so busy". Finally after the second week and numerous other calls they finally advised they were about to send the rifle but there was a problem ..."the action is stuck….our gunsmith has it ...it's probably nothing but we won't know until later in the week what the problem might be..." I ask for a refund. They ask for my email address to send proof they have issued a refund….never received that email…3 times that was promised…nothing.…Days go by with NO REFUND on my credit card....now we are into 3 weeks with these people…nothing....call them a number of times again ...calling them and getting someone to answer is another problem you will encounter..a roll of the dice..and, if no answer, a recording ask you to leave a message but then the recording says "goodbye" and hangs up. They are still advertising this rifle as new and unfired. Now my CC bank advises that no such refund is pending from this business back to me. The best answer I get from this business is "we just don't understand". Reseasrch this business and you will find I am not alone...there are EXACT complaints of this type activity.

I paid High Grade Shooter's Supply $3,100 on March 1st for a Fabarm Shotgun that they were unable to deliver. After about 3 weeks or so they suggested, if I could get one somewhere else, to go ahead and they would reimburse me my money. I did find and purchase the gun from ***** **** in Florida, which was delivered to me. Since then I have been trying to get Tracey M****** to send me my money. There has been one problem or another for almost two months until she sent me a check which when I cashed it, the check bounced. She keeps assuring me I'll get my money but this drags on week after week with no results. I would just like to get my deposit back. Please note payments made on Feb. 24, 2023 and March 1, 2023.

I paid Hi Grade Shooters Supply $3,100 for a Beretta Silver Pigeon Over and Under Shotgun, but it was never delivered to me and despite assurances from Tracy M***** (an owner), I never received a refund. My attempts to contact the vendor and Ms. M***** recently have been unsuccessful.
