            I added Upserve to our restaurant and had nothing but problems. Initially they were very responsive and then not at all. We would close out a customer tab and it would open back up as a ghost tab. After many transactions and 1000s lost it finally stopped. The tablets kept going bad and they sold me new tablets twice. They moved me to the new iPads and the device that ran credit. Are didnt work. The last time they made me renew and sold me on some new android tablet and told me it had all payments methods. Come to delivery, the tablets only take swipe. No chip, no tap no Apple Pay. Upon calling out the *** she just said I told you thats what we have. they kept calling and threatening that your contract is expiring and we will cut you off. I had no choice but to sign a renewal. I finally decided I cant deal with them anymore and tried to cancel. It took a month to get a hold of someone to actually help with this and now They just sent me a termination fee of *********. They have a record of all the money this system has cost me with errors and faulty devices, yet they refuse to help in any way.

            Communication is ZERO. **** was ******* to get me signed up and get my bank account and has not replied since! None of the equipment was delivered. No one answers calls or emails. Im talking dozens and dozens of emails. *****************************, no response. Account was never active! Stay far away from this company.
