********************************************* did an amazing job with our pool installation process. And it is a process!At our initial information appointment with *******, we were made to feel special and greeted with a personalized sign welcoming us. We walked the property looking at pools in stock, and described our wants and desires, sizes, colors and a multitude of other options, eventually selecting the Vista Isle model.After HOA approval we met with ******* again and provided her with the down payment and started the formal contract for installation. From that date, we were told it would be about 8 weeks before install. 10 days later, the install date went from 9/11 to 8/20. An unexpected 12 of rain from TS ****** days before install was a little concerning, but the crew at P&P had their part under control.****, with a well choreographed crew, arrived on the first day at 9:00 AM. By 3:20 PM, bulldozers had the back yard dug up, ground removed, dump trucks coming and going with fill sand/gravel loaded in, the site leveled, and the pool was being backed into our yard. It was amazing to watch! By the time the crew left that 1st day, our pool was in the ground and had water in it. The following 21 days involved all of the mechanicals (heater/chiller/filter/pool sync system), backfilling around the pool, tile to be installed, and concrete pumped to the pool deck area. Again, a well orchestrated process as each crew member had a job and performed to their utmost capability, up to and including ***** and pool school. After talking with neighbors and friends up and down the Grand Strand, we heard horror stories about other companies that left work incomplete or prices that were excessive. Our neighbors were certainly impressed with the speed and quality of what Pools and Palms accomplished.We are forever grateful to ******** ***** ***** ****** and all their crews for the hard work to turn our quiet back yard into a back yard paradise.
