            Dealer sold me a 2018 Subaru Outback with major problems and refused to honor conditions of warranty. Four trips to service and they gave me a crazy explanation about my rotors heating up that caused rotors that were not 30 days old to warp and would not replace them. I showed them a full diagnostic from McDaniels Subaru with over $7500 in needed repairs. The Service Manager said none of that was needed. They never checked the warranty for covered repairs. The Service Manager said today was his 1st day on the job and he was not familiar with anything.

            This is by far THE WORST experience ever! I dropped my car off to this dealership they had my car for 2 weeks. I got my car back on last week Thursday the 26th of September!! I paid $598 to get my car out. Of their shop. I did NOT have my car for 24 hrs and it went down again. This time it won’t even budge at least before i could hear it trying to crank now won’t do NOTHING lifted the hood and the battery was NOT connected to the post FYI THE BATTERY WAS NEW. Tried to crank it again and NOTHING. Contacted the dealership of course they tried to point the blame as to why my car was not looked at yet. Because the tow truck dropped it off wrong and they couldn’t see it or find the key is what they said but I WOULD NOT BE IN THIS SITUATION HAD IT BEEN FIXED THE FIRST TIME! I asked for a loner because i have missed work and my kids have missed school and they stated “They do not have loners” I asked for a refund to get a rental “They can’t give a refund” Asked them to speak to the GM i was transferred to someone named Elizabeth at the front desk WORDT EXPEERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!

            When the tow company dropped off your vehicle we were not notified at all.
            Once we were notified we then had to find the keys. In addition, we were
            unable to find the keys of the vehicle for about another day to a day and a
            half due it to not even knowing about the vehicle because of us not getting
            notified about the vehicle. Once we were finally notified that the vehicle was
            present here, we got the vehicle immediately into the shop and did a
            diagnostic. The diagnostic showed that she needed a starter.
