We started my son with ATA BlackBelt Attitude School in 2015. We shopped around multiple karate schools in Greenville area. There are many good schools around, but we chose BlackBelt Attitude School. They have great programs for kids, teenagers and adults, that are very well structured. We love the variety of teaching from traditional forms, weapons, sparring , combat weapons, creative and XMA ( extreme martial arts) that makes the school standout by far. Most schools do not offer this many programs. We love the tournament opportunities where the kids learn to compete and understand there is no participation trophy. Tournaments can be all over the US, and not only be only a great family trip, but extra motivation to compete and grow. All the instructors are amazing and very helpful. The teenage instructors are awesome, respectful, and work closely with the kids. They are the kind of teens that you hope your children become. The place is always clean, they use mats and they are mopped every day. The school kept the kids involved and motivated even through the tough times like the Corona Virus 2020 year. They also have so many wonderful parties for the kids for every holiday that helps with team building and gives parents a few hours break. My son loves it and never wants to miss any of them. ATA Black Belt Attitude school is like a big family. And the more you put in the more you get out and grow. We look forward to many more years of training, competing, and growth.
