            I purchased a preowned 2020 **** from this dealership at the end of July. The dealership put new tires on this vehicle and I have had two of these tires have broken cords or belts causing separation in the tire. The dealership has replaced one of the tires, which I appreciate, but I have had a second tire do the same thing. I have made 6 calls for the General Manager and left messages. He has not returned my calls. Since I have had two tires be defective, I am asking that the dealership replace all 4 of the tires with an original equipment brand of tire. Specifically, ******** or ***********, or some other equivalent brand. Any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

            BEWARE OF THE INCOMPETENCE - April 2023 I purchased a new Nissan Rock Creek Pathfinder from the above mentioned dealership. At the time of purchase the salesperson pointed out damage to the roof rack and assured me it will be ordered and replaced within a week or two (of course no discount for the damage). They scheduled an appointment and I went back for the repair. After being at the dealership for three hours I was informed they had not ordered all the parts and I needed to come back. They asked me to set an appointment while I was there and I refused. You can call me when you have all the parts. Sadly that call never came. Meanwhile the front camera failed and the volume control on the steering wheel broke as well. So before the 36K mile warranty expired I took the car in again - that was last week. The service person said he will order the parts and scheduled the install. I showed up today to find out there were no parts ordered and they couldn't find the appointment. I showed them the text message confirming what was promised and there was nothing - no lights on in the window if you know what I mean. The entire purchase experience at Benson Nissan has been the absolute worst experience I have had buying a car. I am a senior and have purchased many new cars from dealerships around the country - never have I seen such incompetence and zero apathy for the broken process they are spewing in our community. I love the car and hate the fact I am still connected to the circus they call a business. What is my time worth - nothing to them. Hours wasted for nothing but aggravation, I am not going away and neither will my voice and reviews to anyone that will listen. Shameful.
