            I purchased a $52,000.00 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 11/11/23. On 10/6/24 the vehicle started leaking a red fluid in the floorboard and smelled of burning antifreeze, this hot liquid also dripped on my foot. I contacted Spartanburg CJD through their website email. I was told someone would reach out to me. Nobody reached out to me in any manner. I called Spartanburg CJD on Monday, they refused to take my vehicle and sent it to another dealership. I requested a call from the General Manager from Spartanburg CJD and 23 hours later they still have not responded. This is extremely poor customer service. I purchased the vehicle from Spartanburg CJD and feel they should respond to my concerns. At this point I would like for Spartanburg CJD to purchase the vehicle back from me with no expense added to me.

            Lousy dealership with no sense of the customer. I went on numbers from their system without even factoring in negotiation. The amount online would have calculated to $358/mnth with my trade in, *** down and *** fico score. The salesman, RED, called asked me what I wanted to do, I told him get me down around $325 and I would drive from ********. 5 seconds later he said so your wanting $400/mnth (clue number one). I proceeded to tell him the dealership was already at $358 why would I go up. He continued texting/calling Saturday where he assured me a deal was going to happen on my terms. After not hearing all day from him on Monday I sent an email to him asking about numbers since I was driving from ********. He responded back with we have you at $425. So $100 more than what I was aiming for and $67 over what the dealership was already stating they were going to do. Thank god I didn't drive up there. Just a little extra to add, the vehicle I was looking at, a 2022 Ram ******, has a call back on it. Will tear this dealership up every chance I can get. Ha 1 star, they don't deserve that high of a rating.
