March 15th - 25th 2022 Amount they submitted $3019.for Physical Therapy to Insurance. Came back with none accepted because deductible had not been made. Amount then $2234. for 4 days No charges where ever described before, during or after services. This printed out charge of services was given when I went to billing and asked about balance owed 0n May 19th that I received in mail at end of April with no description of services or dates with a balance of $2234 After asking for charges. I received description of different therapy used with a different charge for each one. Never was told that each exercise came with a different charge in the 50 minute session. Last day it had climbed to $921 for 50 minutes with never telling me of prices until going to billing to inquire about statement charge received in mail. I was set up to go for 3 weeks but after 4 days I stopped because it was hurting worst than not going. Thank God. After talking to billing, they offered Insurance bill for $3019. Insurance applied $2234 to deductible. If I paid in full will discount to $1117. but they can not offer this unless you go to billing and inquire about your bill? I think you should know there is different charges for different therapy being done on the same day. $1117 is still know where close to charges I received when I went there in the past that was $80. for 1 hour If they can accept $1117 they should be able to take it in payments and not only in full amount.
