I have been dealing with their customer service department since the end of August. I have written down names, dates and times and still there is no final resolution. In the 8 times I have called I have only received one callback. In the last 5 calls I have made I always request to speak to a supervisor but oddly I can never speak to the same one it is always someone different with the same response, "your case will be escalated to the fraud department not sure why there is no response yet". At first I was told I would be refunded one amount for the fraudulent charges accumulated then I was told a different amount. I went over the dates and the amounts that were fraudulently withdrawn yet they only refunded me three amounts. Their service is horrible. I should not have to wait this long to get my money returned. I don't understand how a corporation with such poor reviews stays in service.Comdata Corporation Response

I just got my compatability card, I donate plasma. And already someone scammed 59.99 from me. Cancel the card. And just now they tried scamming 9.99 off a dead card. This is ******* wrong that 60 dollars was my gas money for the week..now I have no card no cash..ate they gonna give it back to meComdata Corporation Response

Hello I'm writing a customer review about the debit card company Comdata payment solutions in regards to my recent experience with a transaction that was charged to my debit card without my consent. This Sunday Afternoon September 8th 2024 after 1PM. I was checking my balance on my debit card because I was trying to add some money to my **** Smart card so I can ride the bus around my hometown Columbus Ohio and get me some food. Let's keep in mind every once in a while I donate plasma to make money. Yesterday afternoon Saturday September 7th 2024 after I donate plasma $35 dollars was deposited in my account. I keep track of my spending for each transaction I make, I discovered on Sunday afternoon my remaining balance is $3 dollars. The automatic system there is a 18 dollars charge was taken off my card from ****. Immediately called comdata customer support I spoke with two agents and a supervisor. I was informed they mailed me a replacement card and they can file a dispute in regards to my concers. I want my money back I find very weird after 53 days from the original charge of $16 on July 17th 2024 from **** they wanted $18. I was told to contact **** to stop the charge and I can get my money back much faster. There is no way to get in contact with ****. I don't have their ***** **** app on my phone at this time. Yes I'm very upset customer I warn customers please be careful using comdata debit cards. This issue should have never happened they should have put a block on this chaege until I would have given consent. I'm not happy about waiting 10 days for a resolution to my refund. If it's not resolved I'm going to continue to complaint.Review from Juan J

Worst company ever since day one I had issues where there cards and every time I call everyone in this company gave me a different story. Then when they finally got activated. Never showed by balance on the app .called again and no solution again. Then they hit me with a late fee .that only can be paid on wire transfer. OK I followed there instructions on a wire transfer with the amount they ask for .7 days later there system didn't reflect the wire transfer. Then few hours they could see it .now I have a $20 fee from no where again and called to get it handled and one person says it's a monthly fee and another says it's a reject payment from that pass transaction fee that I already paid .I informed them that I was not doing any other wire transfer because it cost me more to wire than sending a check .but the manager couldn't resolved it and treated me to summit the $20 late pay fee to my credit report. From day one I have been asking them information about my account balance and payments and everyone has a different story This company is not a professional services . Keep a way from them I wish I would seen there reviews first.Review from Michael G

Gave blood to ********** plasma center. They put $100 on a Comdata payment solutions card. Pressing the wrong button they fined me 2 dollars. I signed up for direct deposit and my money still did not transfer. Currently each agent tells me there is no way to get my money out of their system with out paying some fee. By far the worse experience I've ever had with a card.6/2 my card was hacked some how and $163.50 was taken from my bank account without my knowing or permission.The crazy thing is it was withdrawn from a ***** ****** in Illinois but I live in Indianapolis Indiana and don't travel outside of my city.I called the number on the card no exaggerating 10 Times..10 TIMES.before I could get someone to pick up.each time I called and put in my info and asked to speak to rep it would go silent for a few minutes then hang up on me.when I finally got connected I explained to the rep about the system they acted like I didn't say anything then told them about the unauthorized transaction they said I couldn't put in the request until the payment had posted.The payment posted already the funds came out my account already but they insisted I call back tomorrow.I did after another 4 times of trying to get through I did and the rep tells me the same thing again.I ask to speak with a sup then she said she could submit it.nithing set right with me how she did that so I still asked to speak to a sup.She connected me to a sup they put in an investigation for their fraud department and I was advised they would reach out to me during the investigation and it would take 10 days.I waited the 10 days called after the 5th time calling I got through(also advised every rep about phone system and what its doing and still no ones fixed it).Spoke to rep and they advised me they sent a denial letter today gave me the person name and confirmed my email.I told them I have no email from that person.All the rep could tell me about the denial was that they needed more info.I have no more info to give them all the info I had came from their company.This fraudulent charge of 163.50 happened on 6/2 and today is 6/24 I still have not been refunded.I have 6 kids and one on the way and use this card to get me through to 7/8 when I start my new job(no work for 3 months)I pray this helps some1 and I get justiceComdata Corporation Response

My Comdata card was scammed on a card scammer and used in Tennessee and Mississippi when I live in north Texas, I filed a police report and disputed the transactions and they denied there is not enough proof. Do better Comdata.Comdata Corporation Response
