Warning!!!! Do not use this shop for any type of repair. Justin does not stand behind his work and when I called to to share the information below and request a refund he came unglued and cussed me out then told me to come to the shop (Assuming he wanted a fight). Here is why I called him to ask for a refund. We were on a House Boat for the week and one of my jet skis that had been running great all of a sudden would not turn over after stopping at the gas dock, it was just dead. I went into ****** ****** where we rented from and they referred me to DHL Powersports so I took the ski there. Justine worked on it for 2 hours, charged me $186.58 and said he could not get it to start and his words " ECM is more than likely the problem" and then went on justifying the $186.59 charge. The reason I asked for a refund or some type of partial refund was because when I got home and took it to a local shop and they had it running in less than 15 minutes and charged me $50.00. When I say he became belligerent with me is really an understatement. If you are from out of town and need work done this is not the place to go. Perhaps if you are a local and you don't mind being sworn at if you are dissatisfied with the workmanship go for it.
