              Sold my mother a Blu smartphone and six months later the phone would not receive or make calls. Called customer service and kept getting different excuse each time. First they said the phone was 3G which was not, then blamed T-mobile servicing their towers in our area, which was bogus. Third, after a couple of months dealing with this they said the phone was no longer supported. $205. down the drain. They said we had to purchase a new phone so we purchased the flip phone, another $95, she had it for a total of three weeks when it would freeze up when closing the phone. We contacted customer service and they asked us to send it to them,$11 for shipping. I called them a few days after they received it and they accused my mother of dropping the phone, which she had not and told me she had to purchase another phone, such BS. I immediately cancelled her service with Snapfon. They should be ashamed.
