              In 2023, I had United Healthcare and they agreed to help me get a new prosthesis. I had been made homeless by orchestrated gang-stalking, and I had no choice but to walk a lot, all day. The below-knee prosthesis I had was fine except for cosmetic problems. I needed a new foot, a new skin, and some socks. I went to Southeastern Orthotics, and Andrew told me that refurbishing my old leg was "impossible". He pushed me into a new leg entirely. I explained that my stump was not whole, but when my leg was pulled off in 1987, most all the muscle and fat went with the leg, and my stump was mostly just bone covered with skin graph, and I would need plenty of room in the socket for lots of socks for cushioning. He made the leg, but each time i went in for fitting, I asked, "Can't we just fix my old leg that fits perfect otherwise," and every time, I was told no. The foot on my old leg was loose, and I just asked for it to be tightened, and I was told no. It also had a huge hole in the bottom. They finished the new leg, except for putting on the skin, but the socket was too tight, there was no room for lots of socks for cushion, and anytime I tried to wear it, sharp horrible pains shot up the rest of my leg. It was impossible to wear. I started asking if they would PLEASE just fix my old leg, but they said no. I asked them to remake the new socket with more room, and they said no. They said if I wanted a new foot on the old prosthesis, I would have to pay for it myself. Seven months later, and even though they have known my circumstances, they have refused to do as I require. I asked them to please order the foot and let me pay $50 a month until it's paid for. It's only $245, but they have said no every time I've asked. So, they got over $10,000 from United Healthcare for making a new prosthesis that I cannot wear, and I have nothing and am in the same situation I was when I met them in 2023. They have $10,000, and I have nothing. Don't trust these people.
