            We took our Rzr to Fayetteville Outdoor Sports for the first oil change after our engine rebuild from ************ Offroad at about 12 hours. Our Rzr was dropped off on 5/8 for an ************ change ( I brought my own ************)and updating the ride command. We were contacted by the service **** manager and informed that our service had been completed. Upon arrival on the 10th we were charged $215 for the service. When we picked up the Rzr, the first thing we noticed is that the gps that was not working on the ride command prior was still not working. Our Rzr was taken home at that time with us already feeling that we received subpar service. We took our Rzr out for the first time on 6/7 for a weekend camping trip with a group of friends in ********. After riding for a bit we noticed a funny sound in the engine and immediately killed it at that time. We found that there was no oil in the machine. The dipstick was wiped with a white shirt and no oil noted. There was no oil noted on the skid plate or anywhere else around the engine. I phoned the owner *********************** for the first time on 6/13 and at that time he was made aware of the situation and that our Rzr was being taken back to ************ Offroad. We were asked to bring our Rzr back to the dealership and I informed ***** that it was being taken back to the place my engine was rebuilt. ***** spoke with *************************** from ************ Offroad via phone and he was offered to bring his tech and come to the shop to view the engine and he refused.We spoke and he ensured me that he was going to be investigating and pulling his surveillance tape. On 6/14 I spoke with him again to see if he pulled the tape &inform him the rzr was at the shop. On 6/18 I spoke with ***** again and at that time was informed by him that he had no surveillance tape and he proceeded to scream at me shut your **** mouth and listen damnit. The oil filter still had the initials RR on it which are the techs from Rickeys garage.

            If you read the reviews, you will see that customer service is great only if you are purchasing a powersport vehicle. BUT if you are looking for service for repairs, PLEASE keep looking because they will rip you off in a heartbeat and not think twice about it. Dropped bike of there on Wednesday the 18th. of Sept. one week later, I still have not heard from them. When I called, they said they had ordered the fuel pump!!!!!! My bike was not there to get a fuel pump, nor was that the problem we were having, so since waiting on "fuel pump," they have not even looked at my bike yet. Week two still no call from them, again we called them and was told that they only have one mechanic and that our bike was next to be looked at. Week three still no call we called them on Tuesday Oct. 7th and was told that they found the problem and it was a wire from the lighted liscense plate that was causing the problem and that they have already put over 30 to 40 hours of labor into looking for it. So first of all, it is 30 or 40 hours and still has approximately 5 to 8 hours to put the bike back together. I would expect that any good service department would have called the customer at about 10 hours or so of labor to give an update but nothing from them. We have a 2018 that we purchased in April. ***** Goldwing Trike, and the problem was that every time we would try and start it, it would blow the 10amp fuse and would not start. The problem was the wire on the liscense plate holder with light was pintched, our fault to due putting on new plate and with riding we assume the vibration adventally made this happen. There is NO COMMUNICATION with their customers or among the staff cause each person you talk to tell you something different. DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE. They changed us 1,200.00 dollars for a wire and 30 to 48 hours of labor they were not really sure. Oh yeah, by the way, we changed your air filters to since we had the bike apart, did not ask customer, just did it.
