This place is run by a bunch of liars. They sold me something that they said would work for my gun and if didn't I could bring it back. I bought it 2/4/2002 and tried to return it 4/10/2022. We have bought a few guns up there but never again and I will be sure to let all of my friends and family know not to buy their guns up there anymore. I brought it back and they came up with every reason why they couldn't take it back. They will take your money no problem but if the item doesn't work like they say it will you are stuck with it. A bunch of lying crooks up there even when you tell who the sales person was that sold it you all he did was deny he said anything and then just smiles at you the whole time the other is telling sorry not taking it back.

****, if you will look on your receipt, it says no returns on our policy. We also have posted signs all over the store stating that there are no returns. There are always exceptions, and we did look at your optic to see if there was any damage to make a return for you, but you had stripped the screws where it wasn't usable. Your conduct of how you handled this was unbecoming of you by yelling in the showroom, calling our employees names, and using profanity. Also, we have no record of you or the guy you were with purchasing a firearm from us.

      Customer Response

I never called your employee any names and you didn't even know the guy I was with what his name was so your incorrect he did buy a glock 10mm from you not to long ago and I brought my brother in there a few weeks later and he bought a Springfield 10mm for you. My other brother was also going to come out there today and see about a couple of guns but not now and you don't care about that anyway. However, you looked for every reason not to take that sight back. When your guy clearly stated on 4/10/22 that he sold to me but knew nothing about what he was selling and the guy that was taking it back said we have to honor what you were told and then looked really hard to find a reason not to take it back. If the policy was in fact in place that day why was I told I could bring it back? I was lied to and the fact the guy that sold it to me was basically lying to cover the fact that he screwed up and smiled about is was set me off. Yes I used profanity but you stole $293 from me because your employee wasn't told about the policy of no returns nor were informed and the ink on the receipt wasn't printed so you could read the return policy or we never would have tried to bring it back. Nor did I see any sign telling me what the policy was or I never would have purchased it in the 1st place. But maybe your employee should know what he is selling before he sells it. I should have known when I asked him what the difference between a red and green dot was and his response was one is green and one is red. That should have been my 1st clue that this guy has no idea what he is selling. So the fact that he was smiling cause he had no idea what he sold me and then tried to lie about it at first and then admitted he had no idea what he was talking about when he sold me that when I tried to return it was wrong. So if 2 screws were stripped like you claim than you could have deducted some money off instead of not returning the item because I was told it would work and it clearly didn't. So maybe losing $293 is no big deal to you but it is to me so yes I got pissed off and said some things maybe I shouldn't have but what you did was wrong also. I am stuck with a product I can't use because of the false information I was given.
