              One June 3, 2023 Amica/ Safelite destroyed my front dash cam and then tried to cover it up by attempting to dazzle me with free wiper blades. Their actions are adolescent, at best. This is an establishment whose whole profession is dedicated to replacing windshields in vehicles. Yet, they are completely inapt to remove a piece of double-sided tape from the glass? Instead, they decided to rip the device off, ruining the mounting clips on the device and then chose to neglectfully discard the mounting plate with the old front windshield. All the while, not communicating any of this to the customer, nor reporting the damage. Instead, they decide to cover it up, and pretend like it never happened. On top of all of that, they were not even able to complete the windshield replacement due to calibration issues so the service was not even completed after the destruction of personal property. I require a replacement device and they are dragging their heels getting back to me about it after filing a formal report with Safelite and with Amica insurance.

              Horrible service do not recommend been dealing with a home claim goin on 3 months they gave us a adjuster that was in the process of quoting now it seems as if we are being punished because there worker wasn’t doing his job every time we turn around we’re being told we need to do this or that when in fact our checklist states we did everything that was our responsibility we will not be renewing with this company hopefully you won’t sign up save yourself the trouble we had a fire where we couldn’t go back into the house our stuff was stole mind you my Fiance was at high risk of her pregnancy literally while all this goin on here we are almost Christmas our adjuster is on vacation we on the brinks of being kicked out of where we are staying and she’s on vacation the vacation we paid for by paying our bill on time every month and this is the treatment we get save yourself the trouble trust me this company is bullshit no compassion or anything they dnt give 2 ***** about there customers times like this I see why ppl end up goin to crazy extremes this is why you see on the news
